Our site uses SagePay for card payments which ensures your details are secure.
On receiving your order we will let you know via e-mail how soon you can expect your delivery. All items on our website are stocked in our stores and we aim to get the goods to you as soon as possible.
Please note that acceptance of the transaction will take place when we invoice for and dispatch your products not when you make your payment.
We want you to be completely satisfied with the products and service we offer. If there are any problems with the delivery or the products, you can e-mail us or telephone us. You can be sure you will be dealing with a helpful person at the other end of the phone and that we will address any problems fairly and professionally.

If you change your mind about your order you have 7 days during which you can return the items in their original condition, at your expense, for a full refund.

Postage and packaging is FREE to any UK address for purchases over £15.00. For parcels abroad there is a £4.00 charge. If your order is unusually large we will contact you to adjust delivery charges.
